Hazrat Ali said that the rulings about the wounds of slaves will be the same as the rulings about the wounds of free men.

حضرت علی کا ارشاد ہے کہ غلاموں کے زخموں کے احکام اسی بنیاد پر جاری ہوں گے کہ جس بنیاد پر آزاد آدمی کے زخموں کے احکام جاری ہوتے ہیں۔

Hazrat Ali ka irshad hai keh ghulamon ke zakhmon ke ahkam isi bunyad par jari honge keh jis bunyad par azad aadmi ke zakhmon ke ahkam jari hote hain.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ الْحَارِثِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : « تَجْرِي جِرَاحَاتُ الْعَبِيدِ عَلَى مَا تَجْرِي عَلَيْهِ جِرَاحَاتُ الْأَحْرَارِ »
