‌فِي جَنِينِ الْأَمَةِ

Hazrat Qatadah said that if the child is born alive, then there is a price for it, and if it is born dead, then there is one-tenth of the price of its mother.

حضرت قتادہ فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر بچہ زندہ پیدا ہوجائے تو اس میں اس کی قیمت ہے اور اگر مردہ پیدا ہوا تو اس میں اس کی ماں کی قیمت کا دسواں حصہ ہے۔

Hazrat Qatadah farmate hain keh agar bachcha zinda paida hojae to is mein is ki qeemat hai aur agar murda paida hua to is mein is ki maan ki qeemat ka daswaan hissa hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : « إِنْ وَقَعَ حَيًّا فَعَلَيْهِ ثَمَنُهُ ، وَإِنْ وَقَعَ مَيِّتًا فَعَلَيْهِ عُشْرُ ثَمَنِ أُمِّهِ »
