For the fetus of the female slave.

‌فِي جَنِينِ الْأَمَةِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27260

It is narrated from Hazrat Hasan that the tenth part of the price of a slave-girl is (the price) of the child in her womb.

حضرت حسن سے مروی ہے کہ باندی کے پیٹ کے بچہ میں اس کی ماں کی قیمت کا دسواں حصہ ہے۔

Hazrat Hassan se marvi hai keh bandi ke pet ke bachche mein uski maa ki qeemat ka daswan hissa hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ : « فِي جَنِينِ الْأَمَةِ عُشْرُ ثَمَنِهَا »
