What is there for the fetus of the animal?

‌جَنِينُ الْبَهِيمَةِ مَا فِيهِ

The Prophet's command states that people considered the offspring of an animal to be equal to the offspring of a slave woman (meaning it had the same rights).

حضرت حکم کا ارشاد ہے کہ لوگ جانور کے پیٹ کو بچہ کو باندی کے پیٹ کے بچہ کے برابر رکھتے تھے (یعنی اس کے برابر اس کی بھی دیت ہوتی تھی)

Hazrat Hukm ka irshad hai keh log janwar ke pet ko bachay ko bandi ke pet ke bachay ke barabar rakhte thay (yani uske barabar uski bhi deet hoti thi)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ : « فِي جَنِينِ الدَّابَّةِ مِنْ جَنِينِ الْأَمَةِ »
