What is there for the fetus of the animal?

‌جَنِينُ الْبَهِيمَةِ مَا فِيهِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27265

It is narrated from Hazrat Hassan that one-tenth of the price of the mother of an animal's fetus is (considered) in the fetus itself.

حضرت حسن سے مروی ہے کہ جانور کے پیٹ کے بچہ میں اس کی ماں کی قیمت کا دسواں حصہ ہے۔

Hazrat Hassan se marvi hai ke jaanwar ke pet ke bachche mein uski maan ki qeemat ka daswan hissa hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ : « فِي جَنِينِ الدَّابَّةِ عُشْرُ ثَمَنِ أُمِّهِ »
