Hazrat Zuhri said that we understand that animals are also a commodity and the ruler will have a better understanding of the price of their young ones.

حضرت زہری کا ارشاد ہے کہ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ جانور بھی ایک سامان ہے کہ جس کے بچہ کی قیمت حاکم لگائے گا وہ اپنی رائے میں بہتر سمجھے گا۔

Hazrat Zahri ka irshad hai keh hum samjhte hain keh janwar bhi aik saman hai keh jis ke bachche ki qeemat hakim lagaye ga woh apni rae mein behtar samjhe ga.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ : « فِي جَنِينِ الْبَهِيمَةِ سِلْعَةٌ يُقَيِّمُ جَنِينَهَا الْحَاكِمُ مَا يَرَى بِرَأْيِهِ »
