كِتَابُ الدِّيَاتِ
A man falls on another man or jumps on him.
الرَّجُلُ يَقَعُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ، أَوْ يَثِبُ عَلَيْهِ

Hazrat Abu Awan narrates that a child jumped on another, the one below moved away and the tooth of the one above broke. So Hazrat Shariah held the upper one liable, not the lower one.
حضرت ابو عون فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک بچہ نے دوسرے پر چھلانگ ماری نیچے والا وہاں سے ہٹ گیا اور اوپر والے کا دانت ٹوٹ گیا تو حضرت شریح نے اوپر والے کو ضامن قرار دیا نہ کر نیچے والے کو۔
Hazrat Abu Aun farmate hain keh ek bache ne dusre par chhalang mari neeche wala wahan se hat gaya aur upar wale ka daant toot gaya to Hazrat Shuraih ne upar wale ko zamin qarar diya na keh neeche wale ko.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ : أَنَّ غُلَامًا وَثَبَ عَلَى آخَرَ ، فَتَنَحَّى الْأَسْفَلُ ، وَانْكَسَرَتْ ثَنِيَّةُ الْأَعْلَى ، فَضَمَّنَ الْأَعْلَى ، وَلَمْ يُضَمِّنْ الْأَسْفَلُ "
