كِتَابُ الْأُمَرَاءِ
What was mentioned about the traditions of rulers and visiting them
مَا ذُكِرَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأُمَرَاءِ وَالدُّخُولِ عَلَيْهِمْ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30616
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Sirin that it was said to 'Umar, "Write a message to the youth." He said, "Who are the youth?" They said, "The best of the youth." He said, "I am writing a message to the worst of the youth."
حضرت ابن سیرین فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر سے کہا گیا کہ جوانوں کی طرف پیغام لکھ دو آپ نے پوچھا جوان کون ہیں ؟ لوگوں نے بتایا کہ بہترین نوجوان، آپ نے فرمایا : میں بدترین نوجوانوں کو پیغام لکھ دیتا ہوں۔
Hazrat Ibn Sireen farmate hain keh Hazrat Umar se kaha gaya keh jawanon ki taraf pegham likh do ap ne poocha jawan kon hain logon ne bataya keh behtarin naujawan ap ne farmaya mein badtareen naujawanon ko pegham likh deta hun
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ : قِيلَ لِعُمَرَ : اكْتُبْ إِلَى جَوَانَانَ ، قَالَ : « وَمَا جَوَانَانُ ؟» قَالُوا : خَيْرُ الْفِتْيَانِ ، قَالَ : « اكْتُبْ إِلَى شَرِّ الْفِتْيَانِ »
