كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا Regarding a man seeking permission from his heirs to bequeath more than one-third
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَأْذِنُ وَرَثَتَهُ أَنْ يُوصِيَ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ

Saleh bin Muslim said: I asked Shabi about such a will, so he said: He will be given the option again.
صالح بن مسلم فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے شعبی سے ایسی وصیت کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انھوں نے فرمایا : ان کو نئے سرے سے اختیار مل جائے گا۔
Saleh bin Muslim farmate hain keh maine Shabi se aisi wasiyat ke bare mein poocha to unhon ne farmaya: Un ko naye siray se ikhtiyar mil jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ : « هُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِ أَمْرِهِمْ »
