كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا
A man dies and leaves three sons, and bequeaths the same share as one of them
رَجُلٌ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ثَلَاثَةَ بَنِينَ وَأَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30790
Mansoor and Amas narrate that Hadrat Ibrahim said: When a person dies leaving behind three sons and makes a bequest equal to the share of one son, then consider it an addition of one person and divide the property into four shares.
منصور اور اعمش روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابراہیم نے فرمایا : جب کوئی آدمی تین بیٹے چھوڑ کر مرے اور ایک بیٹے کے حصّے کے بقدر مال کی وصیت کر دے تو ایک آدمی کا اضافہ سمجھ کر مال کو چار حصّوں میں تقسیم کرلو۔
Mansoor aur Aamash riwayat karte hain ki Hazrat Ibrahim ne farmaya : Jab koi aadmi teen bete chhor kar mare aur ek bete ke hisse ke baqadr maal ki wasiyat kar de to ek aadmi ka izafa samajh kar maal ko chaar hisson mein taqseem karlo.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، وَالْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : إِذَا تَرَكَ الرَّجُلُ ثَلَاثَةَ بَنِينَ وَأَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ قَالَ : « وَاحِدًا اجْعَلْهَا مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ »
