كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا
Regarding the verse: ﴿And when the division is attended by close relatives﴾
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى﴾

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30896
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that he gave a verdict according to the verse: {When the distribution of inheritance is being made, give the relatives, the orphans, and the needy their prescribed shares, and say to them words of appropriate kindness}. (4:8)
حطان حضرت ابو موسیٰ (رض) سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے آیت {إِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ أُولُوا الْقُرْبَی وَالْیَتَامَی وَالْمَسَاکِینُ فَارْزُقُوہُمْ مِنْہُ وَقُولُوا لَہُمْ قَوْلاً مَعْرُوفًا } کے مطابق فیصلہ جاری فرمایا۔
Hattan Hazrat Abu Musa (RA) se naqal karte hain ke unhon ne aayat {IZAA HAZARAL QISMATU ULUL QURBA WAL YATAMA WAL MASAKEENU FARZUQOO HUM MIN HU WA QOO LOO LAHUM QAWLAN MA'ROOFAN} ke mutabiq faisla jari farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حِطَّانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ : ﴿ وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا ﴾ ، قَالَ : « قَضَى بِهَا أَبُو مُوسَى »
