كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا
Regarding the verse: ﴿And when the division is attended by close relatives﴾
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى﴾

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'eed that Hadrat Sa'eed bin Jubair (may Allah be pleased with him) said in the explanation of the verse {And when (other) relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division (of inheritance), then provide them out of it}, that if the heirs are adult then some property should be given to these people, and if the heirs are minors then they should be excused, this is the meaning of {Qaulan Ma'roofan (a generous word)}.
ابو سعد سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت سعید بن جبیر (رض) نے آیت { وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ أُولُوا الْقُرْبَی وَالْیَتَامَی وَالْمَسَاکِینُ فَارْزُقُوہُمْ مِنْہُ } کی تفسیر میں فرمایا کہ اگر ورثاء بالغ ہوں تو ان لوگوں کو کچھ مال دے دیا جائے ، اور اگر ورثاء نابالغ ہوں تو ان لوگوں سے معذرت کرلی جائے ، یہ مطلب ہے { قَوْلاً مَعْرُوفًا } کا۔
Abu Saad se riwayat hai keh Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (RA) ne aayat { WA IZA HAZARAL QISMATU ULUL QURBA WAL YATAMA WAL MASAKINU FARZUQOHUM MINHU } ki tafseer mein farmaya keh agar warasa baligh hon to un logon ko kuch maal de diya jaye, aur agar warasa nabaligh hon to un logon se mazrat kar li jaye, yeh matlab hai { QAULAN MARUFAN } ka.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ : ﴿ وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ ﴾ قَالَ : « إِنْ كَانُوا كِبَارًا رُضِخُوا ، وَإِنْ كَانُوا صِغَارًا اعْتَذَرُوا إِلَيْهِمْ »، فَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ : ﴿ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا ﴾ [ البقرة : ٢٣٥ ]
