Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30936
"It has been narrated on the authority of 'Ikrima that Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "It is among the major sins to harm anyone in the matter of a will." Then you read: {And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits - He will put him into Fire to abide therein." }
عکرمہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت ابن عباس (رض) نے فرمایا کہ وصیت میں کسی کو نقصان پہنچانا کبیرہ گناہوں میں سے ہے، پھر آپ نے پڑھا : { وَمَنْ یَعْصِ اللَّہَ وَرَسُولَہُ وَیَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَہُ یُدْخِلْہُ نَارًا خَالِدًا فِیہَا }۔
Ukrama se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) ne farmaya ki wasiyat mein kisi ko nuqsan pahunchana kabira gunahon mein se hai, phir aap ne parha: {Wa man ya'si Allaha wa rasoolahu wa yata'adda hudoodahu yudkhilhu naran khalidan feeha}.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : « الضِّرَارُ فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ مِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ »، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ : ﴿ مَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ نَارًا خَالِدًا فِيهَا ﴾ [ النساء : ١٤ ]
