كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا
Regarding a man who bequeaths to a man, accepts it, then denies it
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي إِلَى الرَّجُلِ فَيَقْبَلُ ثُمَّ يُنْكِرُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30951
It is narrated from Hisham that Hazrat Hassan said: When a person makes a will to an absent person, and that person comes and acknowledges the will, and then wants to refuse it, then he has no choice (he is bound to it).
ہشام سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت حسن نے فرمایا : جب کوئی آدمی کسی غیر حاضر آدمی کو وصیت کرے ، اور وہ آدمی آ کر وصیت کا اقرار کرے اور اس کے بعد انکار کرنا چاہے تو اس کو اس کا اختیار نہیں ہے۔
Hisham se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Hasan ne farmaya : jab koi aadmi kisi ghair hazir aadmi ko wasiyat kare, aur wo aadmi aa kar wasiyat ka iqrar kare aur uske baad inkar karna chahe to usko uska ikhtiyar nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : « إِذَا أَوْصَى رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَجُلٍ غَائِبٍ ، ثُمَّ قَدِمَ فَأَقَرَّ بِالْوَصِيَّةِ ، ثُمَّ أَنْكَرَ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ »
