كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا
The pregnant woman bequeaths, and the man bequeaths in military service and sea travel
الْحَامِلُ تُوصِي وَالرَّجُلُ يُوصِي فِي الْمُزَاحَفَةِ وَرُكُوبِ الْبَحْرِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30952
It is narrated on the authority of Mujahid that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When two armies fight and when a woman is pregnant, she does not have the right to dispose of more than one third of her wealth.
مجاہد سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت عمر (رض) نے فرمایا : جب دو لشکروں میں لڑائی چھڑ جائے اور جب عورت حاملہ ہو تو ان کو اپنے مال کے ایک تہائی سے زیادہ میں تصرف کرنے کا حق نہیں۔
Mujahad se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Umar (RA) ne farmaya : Jab do lashkaron mein laraai chidh jaye aur jab aurat hamil ho to un ko apne maal ke ek tihaai se zyada mein tasarruf karne ka haq nahin.
حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ عَلَى فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ : « إِذَا الْتَقَى الزَّحْفَانِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ يَضْرِبُهَا الْمَخَاضُ لَا يَجُوزُ لَهُمَا فِي مَالِهِمَا إِلَّا الثُّلُثُ »
