Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30991
It is narrated on the authority of the people that Hadrat Na'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "My respected father took me to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) so that you could be a witness to a gift that he had given me. " You asked, 'Do you have any other wealth besides this?' He said, 'Yes.' You asked, 'Have you given such wealth to every child?' He said, 'No.' Thereupon you said, 'I cannot bear witness to injustice.'
شعبی سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت نعمان بن بشیر (رض) نے ان سے فرمایا کہ میرے والد محترم ، مجھے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس لے گئے تاکہ آپ کو ایک ہبہ کا گواہ بنا سکیں جو انھوں نے مجھے عطا فرمایا تھا، آپ نے پوچھا ” کیا تمہارے پاس اس کے علاوہ بھی کچھ مال ہے ؟ انھوں نے عرض کیا ” جی ہاں “ آپ نے پوچھا ” کیا تم نے ہر بچے کو اس جیسا مال دیا ہے ؟ “ انھوں نے عرض کیا ” نہیں “ اس پر آپ نے فرمایا ” میں ظلم پر گواہ نہیں بن سکتا “۔
Shobai se riwayat hai ke Hazrat Noman bin Bashir (RA) ne un se farmaya ke mere walid mohtaram mujhe Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas le gaye taake aap ko aik hibba ka gawah bana saken jo unhon ne mujhe ata farmaya tha, aap ne poocha "kia tumhare paas is ke ilawa bhi kuch maal hai?" Unhon ne arz kia "jee haan" aap ne poocha "kia tum ne har bacche ko is jaisa maal diya hai?" Unhon ne arz kia "nahi" is par aap ne farmaya "main zulm par gawah nahi ban sakta".
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ : انْطَلَقَ بِي أَبِي إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لِيُشْهِدَهُ عَلَى عَطِيَّةٍ أَعْطَانِيهَا ، قَالَ : « لَكَ غَيْرُهُ ؟»، قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : « أَعْطَيْتَهُمْ مِثْلَ أُعْطِيَتِهِ ؟»، قَالَ : لَا ، قَالَ : « فَلَا أَشْهَدُ عَلَى جَوْرٍ »
