كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Whoever did not combine the brothers and sisters from the father and mother with the maternal brothers in their third and said: it is for them.
مَنْ كَانَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بَيْنَ الْإِخْوَةِ وَالْأَخَوَاتِ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ مَعَ الْإِخْوَةِ لِلْأُمِّ فِي ثُلُثِهِمْ وَيَقُولُ: هُوَ لَهُمْ

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، « أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُشْرِكُ »
