Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31303
Muhammad Ibn Sirin reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, granted the grandmother an inheritance of one-sixth of her son's estate while his child was still alive. And she was the first grandmother to inherit in Islam.
محمد بن سیرین فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دادی کو اس کے بیٹے کے زندہ ہوتے ہوئے مال کے چھٹے حصّے کا وارث بنایا، اور وہ اسلام میں وارث ہونے والی پہلی دادی تھی۔
Muhammad bin Sireen farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne dadi ko uske bete ke zinda hote hue maal ke chhate hisse ka waris banaya, aur woh Islam mein waris hone wali pehli dadi thi.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، « أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَطْعَمَ جَدَّةً مِنَ ابْنِهَا السُّدُسَ ، فَكَانَتْ أَوَّلَ جَدَّةٍ وَرِثَتْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ »
