كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Who granted the grandmother inheritance while her son is alive
مَنْ وَرَّثَ الْجَدَّةَ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ

Yunus says about Hazrat Hassan that you used to make your grandmother an heir while her son was still alive.
یونس حضرت حسن کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ دادی کو اس کے بیٹے کے زندہ ہوتے ہوئے بھی وارث بناتے تھے۔
Younus Hazrat Hassan ke bare mein farmate hain ke aap daadi ko uske bete ke zinda hote hue bhi waris banate thay.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، « أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ ، وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ »
