كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Who granted the grandmother inheritance while her son is alive
مَنْ وَرَّثَ الْجَدَّةَ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ

Iyas bin Muawiya said about Muhammad bin Sirin that he used to give the grandmother inheritance along with her son while he was still alive.
اشعث حضرت محمد بن سیرین کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ دادی کو اس کے بیٹے کے زندہ ہوتے ہوئے بھی وارث بناتے تھے۔
Ashas Hazrat Muhammad bin Sireen ke bare mein farmate hain ke woh dadi ko uske bete ke zinda hote hue bhi waris banate thay.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، « أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ مَعَ ابْنِهَا وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ »
