كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Regarding the son of the one who was cursed, died, and left his mother, what is her share of inheritance
فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ أُمَّهُ مَا لَهَا مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ

It is narrated in the Uza'i narrations that Hazrat Mak'hul said that a woman who performs li'an will inherit all the property of her son.
اوزاعی روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت مکحول نے فرمایا کہ لعان کرنے والی اپنے بیٹے کے تمام مال کی وارث ہوگی۔
Ozai riwayat karte hain keh Hazrat Makhool ne farmaya keh laan karne wali apne bete ke tamam maal ki waris hogi.
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : « ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ تَرِثُ أُمُّهُ مِيرَاثَهُ كُلَّهُ »
