كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Regarding the son of the one who was cursed, died, and left his mother, what is her share of inheritance
فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ أُمَّهُ مَا لَهَا مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ

Yunus narrates that Hazrat Hassan said that a woman who claims Lian will receive the entire inheritance of her son.
یونس روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت حسن نے فرمایا کہ لعان کرنے والی عورت کو اس کے بیٹے کی تمام میراث ملے گی۔
Younus riwayat karte hain keh Hazrat Hassan ne farmaya keh laan karne wali aurat ko uske bete ki tamam miraas milegi.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ يَقُولُ : « عَنْهُ لَهَا مِيرَاثُ وَلَدِهَا كُلُّهُ »
