Regarding the son of the one who was cursed, died, and left his mother, what is her share of inheritance

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31319
Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Abdullah (RA) said about the son of a woman who has performed Li'an that all of his inheritance belongs to his mother, so if his mother is not there, then to the 'Asabah of this boy, and Ibrahim said that all of his inheritance is for his mother and his 'Asabah will pay the blood money on his behalf, and this is the same ruling for the child of zina and the child of a Christian man if his mother is Muslim.
ابراہیم روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبداللہ (رض) نے لعان کرنے والی عورت کے بیٹے کے بارے میں ارشاد فرمایا کہ اس کی تمام میراث اس کی ماں کے لیے ہے، پس اگر اس کی ماں نہ ہو تو اس لڑکے کے عصبہ کے لئے، اور حضرت ابراہیم نے فرمایا کہ اس کی تمام میراث اس کی ماں کے لیے ہے اور اس کی جانب سے دیت اس کے عصبہ ادا کریں گے، اور یہی حکم ہے ولد الزنا اور نصرانی کی اولاد کا جبکہ اس کی ماں مسلمان ہو۔
Ibraheem riwayat karte hain keh Hazrat Abdullah (RA) ne laan karne wali aurat ke bete ke baare mein irshad farmaya keh uski tamam miraas uski maan ke liye hai, pas agar uski maan na ho to us ladke ke asba ke liye, aur Hazrat Ibraheem ne farmaya keh uski tamam miraas uski maan ke liye hai aur uski jaanib se dait uske asba ada karenge, aur yahi hukm hai walad-ul-zina aur nasrani ki aulad ka jab keh uski maan musalman ho.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : فِي وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ : « مِيرَاثُهُ كُلُّهُ لِأُمِّهِ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أُمٌّ فَهُوَ لِعَصَبَتِهِ » وَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ : « مِيرَاثُهُ كُلُّهُ لِأُمِّهِ وَيَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ عَصَبَتُهَا ، وَكَذَلِكَ وَلَدُ الزِّنَا ، وَوَلَدُ النَّصْرَانِيِّ ، وَأُمُّهُ مُسْلِمَةٌ »
