Regarding the son of the one who was cursed if his mother dies, who inherits from him and who is his male heir

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31328
Hazrat Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair narrates: I asked one of my brothers residing among the Banu Zuraiq tribe through a letter about the decision made by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the child of a woman who had performed Li'an. He replied in writing that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had given the child's custody to the mother, and that the mother would be both mother and father to the child.
حضرت عبداللہ بن عبید بن عمیر فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے بنو زریق کے اندر رہنے والے اپنے ایک بھائی سے خط کے ذریعے پوچھا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے لعان کرنے والی عورت کے بیٹے کا فیصلہ کس کے لیے کیا تھا ؟ انھوں نے جواب میں لکھا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کا فیصلہ اس کی ماں کے لیے کیا تھا، اس کی ماں اس کے لیے ماں اور باپ دونوں کے قائم مقام ہے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair farmate hain ke maine Banu Zuraiq ke andar rehne wale apne ek bhai se khat ke zariye pucha ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne liaan karne wali aurat ke bete ka faisla kis ke liye kiya tha? Unhon ne jawab mein likha ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne uska faisla uski maa ke liye kiya tha, uski maa uske liye maa aur baap donon ke qaim maqam hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَخٍ لِي فِي بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ : لِمَنْ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِهِ لِأُمِّهِ ، هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أَبِيهِ وَمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِ "
