٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ A slave married a free woman, and then he was freed after having children with her, to whom does the loyalty of his children go
مَمْلُوكٌ تَزَوَّجَ حُرَّةً، ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ أُعْتِقَ بَعْدَمَا وَلَدَتْ لَهُ أَوْلَادًا، لِمَنْ يَكُونُ وَلَاءُ وَلَدِهِ

Younus narrates that Hazrat Hassan said that Walaa returns to the father of the mawla when he is freed.
یونس روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت حسن نے فرمایا کہ ولاء باپ کے موالی کی طرف لوٹتی ہے جب وہ آزاد ہوجاتا ہے۔
Younas riwayat karte hain ke Hazrat Hasan ne farmaya ke wala baap ke movali ki taraf lautati hai jab woh azad hojaata hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « يَرْجِعُ الْوَلَاءُ إِلَى مَوَالِي الْأَبِ ، إِذَا أُعْتِقَ »
