Book of Inheritance

كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ

Regarding the inheritance of the foundling, to whom does it go?

‌فِي مِيرَاثِ اللَّقِيطِ لِمَنْ هُوَ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31573

Hisham narrated that Hasan said the property he left behind was to be included in the public treasury (Bait-ul-Maal) and for those who were entitled to inherit from him.

ہشام روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حسن نے فرمایا کہ اس کے ساتھ ملا ہوا مال بیت المال میں اور اس کی میراث اٹھانے والوں کے لیے ہے۔

Hisham riwayat karte hain ki Hasan ne farmaya ki iske sath mila hua mal baitul mal mein aur iski miras uthane walon ke liye hai.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « جَرِيرَتُهُ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ ، وَمِيرَاثُهُ لَهُمْ »
