٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Regarding the inheritance of the foundling, to whom does it go?
فِي مِيرَاثِ اللَّقِيطِ لِمَنْ هُوَ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31574
It is narrated in Zahri Riwayat that Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA) gave the inheritance of a child who died to the person who had taken care of him.
زہری روایت کرتے ہیں کہ عمر بن خطاب (رض) نے پڑے ہوئے بچے کی میراث اس شخص کو دی جس نے اس کی کفالت کی تھی۔
Zehri riwayat karte hain ke Umar bin Khattab (RA) ne parre hue bache ki miraas uss shakhs ko di jisne uski kafalat ki thi.
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، « أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ، أَعْطَى مِيرَاثَ الْمَنْبُوذِ الَّذِي كَفَلَهُ »
