Book of Inheritance

٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ

Who said: If one converts under his guidance, he has no share in his inheritance?

‌مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ شَيْءٌ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31585

It is narrated from Mutarraf from Shabi and from Yunus from Hazrat Hassan, who said that his inheritance (meaning the inheritance of knowledge) is for the Muslims, and its burden is upon them.

مطرف شعبی سے اور یونس حضرت حسن سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، فرمایا کہ اس کی میراث مسلمانوں کے لیے ہے، اور اس کا تاوان ان پر ہے۔

Mutraf Shabi se aur Younas Hazrat Hassan se riwayat karte hain, farmaya ke uski miras musalmanon ke liye hai, aur uska tawan un par hai.

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، وَعَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَا : « مِيرَاثُهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ ، وَعَقْلُهُ عَلَيْهِمْ »
