What has been narrated concerning obedience to the Imam and differing with him.

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 32539
Hazrat Abu Saleh (R.A) narrates that Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A) commented on this verse: {obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you}, meaning the commanders of the armies.
حضرت ابو صالح (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) نے اس آیت کی تفسیر یوں بیان فرمائی : آیت { أَطِیعُوا اللَّہَ وَأَطِیعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِی الأَمْرِ مِنْکُمْ } کہ اس سے لشکروں کے امیر مراد ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Saleh (RA) farmate hain ke Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) ne is aayat ki tafseer yun bayan farmaai: Aayat {Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa ulilamri minkum} keh is se lashkaron ke ameer muraad hain.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، ﴿ أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ ﴾ [ النساء : ٥٩ ] قَالَ : أُمَرَاءُ السَّرَايَا
