كِتَابُ الْسير What they said about Magian women being taken captive and whether they can be intimate.
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْمَجُوسِيَّةِ تُسْبَى وَتُوطَأُ

Hazrat Younus (R.A) narrated that Hazrat Hassan (R.A) said about the man who owns a Zoroastrian slave woman that It is better for him to avoid having sexual intercourse with her.
حضرت یونس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت حسن (رض) نے اس آدمی کے بارے میں یوں فرمایا : جس کے پاس مجوسیہ باندی ہو ۔ اس کو چاہیے کہ وہ اس سے وطی مت کرے۔
Hazrat Yunus (RA) farmate hain ki Hazrat Hassan (RA) ne iss aadmi ke bare mein yun farmaya: Jis ke pass Majoosia bandi ho, uss ko chahiye ki woh uss se wati mat kare.
حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الْمَجُوسِيَّةِ تَكُونُ عِنْدَ الرَّجُلِ ، قَالَ : لَا يَطَؤُهَا .
