Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 32974
Hazrat Bashir bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from a companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) conquered Khaybar and the entire Khaybar came under the possession of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Muslims, they got tired of working in it. So they gave these lands to the Jews to work on and spend on them on the condition that they would get half of the produce. And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) divided it into thirty-six parts, such that each part had a hundred portions. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allocated half of it for the Muslims, such that this half included the shares of the Muslims as well as the share of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allocated the other half for the incoming delegations, for other matters, and for the hardships of the people.
حضرت بشیر بن یسار (رض) کسی صحابی (رض) سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ جب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے خیبر پر فتح پائی اور خیبرسارے کا سارا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور مسلمانوں کا ہوگیا تو یہ لوگ اس میں کام کرنے سے تھک گئے تو انھوں نے یہ زمینیں یہود کو دے دیں کہ وہ ان میں کام کریں اور اس پر خرچ کریں اس شرط پر کہ پیدا ہونے والی کھیتی کا آدھا حصہ ان کو ملے گا۔ اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو چھتیس حصوں میں تقیسم کردیا اس طرح کہ ہر حصہ میں سو حصے تھے۔ پس رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس تمام کا نصف حصہ مسلمانوں کے لیے خاص کردیا اس طرح کہ اس آدھے میں مسلمانوں کے بھی حصہ تھے اور ان کے ساتھ ہی رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا بھی حصہ تھا۔ اور دوسرے نصف کو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے آنے والے وفود کے لیے دوسرے معاملات اور لوگوں کے مصائب کے لیے خاص کردیا۔
Hazrat Bashir bin Yasar (RA) kisi sahabi (RA) se naqal karte hain ki jab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Khaibar par fatah paayi aur Khaibar sara ka sara Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) aur musalmanon ka hogaya to ye log is mein kaam karne se thak gaye to unhon ne ye zameenain yahood ko de di hain ki wo in mein kaam karen aur is par kharch karen is shart par ki paida hone wali kheti ka aadha hissa un ko milega. Aur Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne is ko chhatees hisson mein taqseem kardiya is tarah ki har hissa mein so hisse thay. Pas Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne is tamam ka nisf hissa musalmanon ke liye khas kardiya is tarah ki is aadhe mein musalmanon ke bhi hissa thay aur un ke saath hi Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ka bhi hissa tha. Aur doosre nisf ko Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne aane wale wufood ke liye doosre maamlaat aur logon ke masaib ke liye khas kardiya.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ، حِينَ ظَهَرَ عَلَى خَيْبَرَ ، وَصَارَتْ خَيْبَرُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ ، ضَعُفُوا مِنْ عَمَلِهَا فَدَفَعُوهَا إِلَى الْيَهُودِ يَعْمَلُونَ عَلَيْهَا عَلَى أَنَّ لَهُمْ نِصْفَ مَا خَرَجَ مِنْهَا ، فَقَسَمَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، عَلَى سِتَّةٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ سَهْمًا ، لِكُلِّ سَهْمٍ مِائَةُ سَهْمٍ ، فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نِصْفَ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ ، فَكَانَ فِي ذَلِكَ النِّصْفِ سِهَامُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَسَهْمُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، مَعَهُمْ ، وَجَعَلَ النِّصْفَ الْآخَرَ لِمَنْ يَنْزِلُ بِهِ الْوُفُودُ وَالْأُمُورُ وَنَوَائِبُ النَّاسِ "
