Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 33103
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I have been commanded to fight against people until they testify that there is none worthy of worship but Allah. And when they do so, they will save their lives and property from me, except by right (of justice), and their reckoning will be with Allah."
حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : کہ مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے قتال کروں یہاں تک کہ وہ کلمہ لا الہ الا اللہ پڑھ لیں۔ جب انھوں نے کلمہ لا الہ الا اللہ پڑھ لیا تو مجھ پر ان کی جانیں اور ان کا مال حرام ہوگیا مگر اللہ کے کسی حق کی وجہ سے، اور ان کا حساب اللہ کے ذمہ ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya: keh mujhe hukum diya gaya hai keh main logon se qital karoon yahan tak keh woh kalma la ilaha illallah parh lein. Jab unhon ne kalma la ilaha illallah parh liya to mujh par un ki jaanen aur un ka maal haram ho gaya magar Allah ke kisi haq ki wajah se, aur un ka hisab Allah ke zimma hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، فَإِذَا قَالُوا : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، حَرَّمْتُ عَلَيَّ دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا ، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ "
