كِتَابُ الْسير
On the Imam giving out extra shares before the spoils and before dividing
فِي الْإِمَامِ يُنَفِّلُ قَبْلَ الْغَنِيمَةِ، وَقَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْسِمَ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 33292
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) that when something was sent to Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) before the distribution of the spoils of war, he refused to take it and said that he would not take it until the spoils of war were distributed.
حضرت محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے مروی ہے کہ غنیمت تقسیم ہونے سے پہلے حضرت انس (رض) کے لیے کچھ بھیجا گیا تو انھوں نے انکار کردیا فرمایا کہ جب تک غنیمت تقسیم نہ ہوجائے میں نہ لوں گا۔
Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se marvi hai ke ghanimat taqsim hone se pehle Hazrat Anas (RA) ke liye kuch bheja gaya to unhon ne inkar kar diya farmaya ke jab tak ghanimat taqsim na ho jaye main na lun ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ : بُعِثَ إِلَى أَنَسٍ بِشَيْءٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقْسَمَ الْغَنَائِمُ فَقَالَ : « لَا وَأَيْ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ »
