كِتَابُ الْسير
On how the spoils of war are divided
فِي الْغَنِيمَةِ كَيْفَ تُقْسَمُ

Hazrat Hasan bin Muhammad bin Ali (R.A) while interpreting the verse of the Holy Quran said that this is the beginning of the word, there is no share of spoils of war for Allah, the world and the hereafter all belong to Allah.
حضرت حسن بن محمد بن علی (رض) قرآن کریم کی آیت کی تفسیر میں فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ کلام کا آغاز ہے، اللہ کے لیے غنیمت میں کوئی حصہ نہیں ہے، دنیا اور آخرت ساری ہی اللہ کی ملکیت ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan bin Muhammad bin Ali (RA) Quran Kareem ki ayat ki tafseer mein farmate hain keh yeh kalaam ka aaghaz hai, Allah ke liye ghanimat mein koi hissa nahi hai, duniya aur akhirat sari hi Allah ki malkiat hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ " ﴿ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ ﴾ [ الأنفال : ٤١ ] " قَالَ : « هَذَا مِفْتَاحُ كَلَامٍ ، لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ نَصِيبٌ ، لِلَّهِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةُ »
