كِتَابُ الْسير The share of the Prophet’s relatives, who it belongs to
سَهْمُ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى لِمَنْ هُوَ

Hazrat Ata' says that when Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz became the caliph, he sent both these shares (the share of Allah's Messenger and the share of Dhul Qurba) to the Banu Hashim.
حضرت عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز جب خلیفہ بنے تو ان دونوں حصوں کو ( اللہ کے رسول کا حصہ اور ذوی القربیٰ کا حصہ) بنو ہاشم کیلئے بھیج دیا۔
Hazrat Ata farmate hain ke Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz jab khalifa bane to in donon hisson ko (Allah ke Rasool ka hissa aur zawi alqurba ka hissa) Banu Hashim ke liye bhej diya.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، « لَمَّا قَامَ بَعَثَ بِهَذَيْنِ السَّهْمَيْنِ سَهْمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَسَهْمِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى يَعْنِي لِبَنِي هَاشِمٍ »
