Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 34361
It is narrated from Hazrat Hassan, he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Knowledge is of two kinds: One knowledge is in the heart, this knowledge is beneficial. And one knowledge is on the tongue, so this is the proof of Allah upon His servants."
حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : علم، دو طرح کے علم ہیں : ایک علم دل میں ہوتا ہے، یہی علم نافع ہے۔ اور ایک علم زبان پر ہوتا ہے، سو یہ خدا کی اپنے بندوں پر حجت ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ke Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Ilm, do tarah ke ilm hain: Ek ilm dil mein hota hai, yahi ilm nafae hai. Aur ek ilm zaban par hota hai, so yeh Khuda ki apne bandon par hujjat hai.
ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : الْعِلْمُ عِلْمَانِ : عِلْمٌ فِي الْقَلْبِ فَذَاكَ الْعِلْمُ النَّافِعُ ، وَعِلْمٌ عَلَى اللِّسَانِ فَتِلْكَ حُجَّةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ
