Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35053
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Basr that a villager submitted: O Messenger of Allah! Verily, the injunctions of Islam are too many. Tell me something which I may hold fast to. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Your tongue should always remain moist with the remembrance of Allah."
حضرت عبداللہ بن بسر سے روایت ہے کہ ایک دیہاتی نے عرض کیا : یا رسول اللہ 5! بیشک اسلام کے احکام تو بہت زیادہ ہیں۔ آپ مجھے کوئی ایسی بات بتادیں جس سے میں چمٹ جاؤں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” تمہاری زبان ہمیشہ ذکر خدا سے تر رہنی چاہیے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Basr se riwayat hai ki aik dehati ne arz kiya Ya Rasool Allah 5 Beshak Islam ke ahkam to bahut ziada hain Aap mujhe koi aisi baat bata den jis se main chimt jaoon Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Tumhari zaban hamesha zikr Khuda se tar rehne chahie
زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ ، أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إنَّ شَرَائِعَ الْإِسْلَامِ قَدْ كَثُرَتْ ، فَأَنْبِئْنِي مِنْهَا بِمَا أَتَشَبَّثُ بِهِ ، قَالَ : « لَا يَزَالُ لِسَانُك رَطْبًا مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ »
