Who said: when you are traveling, say whether the sun has declined or not
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا كُنْتَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَقُلْتَ أَزَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ أَمْ لَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 3518
Hazrat Anas bin Malik narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to leave a place, he would not leave until he had offered the Zuhr (afternoon) prayer. Hearing this, Muhammad bin Amr asked, "Even if half the day had passed?" He replied, "Yes, even if half the day had passed."
حضرت انس بن مالک فرماتے ہیں کہ حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب کسی جگہ قیام فرماتے تو وہاں اسے اس وقت تک کوچ نہیں کرتے تھے جب تک ظہر کی نماز نہ پڑھ لیں۔ یہ سن کر محمد بن عمرو نے عرض کیا خواہ ابھی آدھا دن گذرا ہوتا ؟ فرمایا ہاں، خواہ آدھا دن گذرا ہوتا۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik farmate hain ki Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) jab kisi jagah qayam farmate to wahan se us waqt tak کوچ nahi karte the jab tak Zuhar ki namaz na parh lein. Ye sun kar Muhammad bin Amro ne arz kiya khawah abhi aadha din guzra hota? Farmaya haan, khawah aadha din guzra hota.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الضَّبِّيِّ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا ، يَقُولُ : « كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا نَزَلَ مَنْزِلًا لَمْ يَرْتَحِلْ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ الظُّهْرَ » قَالَ لَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو : وَإِنْ كَانَ نِصْفُ النَّهَارِ
