‌بَابٌ فِيمَا يَفْتَتِحُ بِهِ الصَّلَاةَ

‌إِلَى أَيْنَ يَبْلُغُ بِيَدَيْهِ

‌مَنْ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ

Who used to raise his hands at the first takbir and then not again
‌مَنْ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي أَوَّلِ تَكْبِيرَةٍ ثُمَّ لَا يَعُودُ

On seeking refuge, how it is before or after recitation
‌فِي التَّعوُّذِ ، كَيْفَ هُوَ قَبْلَ الْقِرَاءَةِ أَوْ بَعْدَهَا

What suffices for the opening of the prayer
‌مَا يُجْزِئُ مِنَ افْتِتَاحِ الصَّلَاةِ

On a man forgetting the opening takbir
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَنْسَى تَكْبِيرَةَ الِافْتِتَاحِ

On a woman when she starts the prayer, to where does she raise her hands
‌فِي الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا افْتَتَحَتِ الصَّلَاةَ ، إِلَى أَيْنَ تَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهَا

Who completes the takbir and does not reduce it in every raising and lowering
‌مَنْ كَانَ يُتِمُّ التَّكْبِيرَ وَلَا يُنْقِصُهُ فِي كُلِّ رَفْعٍ وَخَفْضٍ

Who does not complete the takbir and reduces it, and what is mentioned about it
‌مَنْ كَانَ لَا يُتِمُّ التَّكْبِيرَ وَيُنْقِصُهُ ، وَمَا جَاءَ فِيهِ

A man catches the imam while he is bowing, he said: one takbir suffices him
‌الرَّجُلُ يُدْرِكُ الْإِمَامَ وَهُوَ رَاكِعٌ قَالَ: تُجْزِئُهُ تَكْبِيرَةٌ

Who used to say two takbirs
‌مَنْ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ تَكْبِيرَتَيْنِ

Who said: if you catch the imam while he is bowing and you place your hands on your knees before he raises his head, you have caught him
‌مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا أَدْرَكْتَ الْإِمَامَ وَهُوَ رَاكِعٌ ، فَوَضَعْتَ يَدَيْكَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَرْفَعَ رَأْسَهُ ، فَقَدْ أَدْرَكْتَهُ

‌مَنْ كَانَ يَقُولُ: إِذَا رَكَعْتَ فَضَعْ يَدَيْكَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْكَ

‌مَنْ كَانَ يُطَبِّقُ يَدَيْهِ بَيْنَ فَخِذَيْهِ

On a man when he raises his head from bowing, what he says
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ ، مَا يَقُولُ

What a man says in his bowing and prostration
‌مَا يَقُولُ الرَّجُلُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ

On the least that suffices for bowing and prostration
‌فِي أَدْنَى مَا يُجْزِئُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ

On a man when he bows, how he is in his bowing
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ إِذَا رَكَعَ ، كَيْفَ يَكُونُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ

On the imam when he raises his head from bowing, what those behind him say
‌فِي الْإِمَامِ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ ، مَاذَا يَقُولُ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ

Who said: if you enter and the imam is prostrating, then prostrate
‌مَنْ قَالَ إِذَا دَخَلْتُ وَالْإِمَامُ سَاجِدٌ فَاسْجُدْ

Who used to descend with the takbir and go down with it
‌مَنْ كَانَ يَنْحَطُّ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ وَيَهْوِي بِهِ

On a man entering while the people are bowing, so he bows before reaching the row
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْخُلُ وَالْقَوْمُ رُكُوعٌ فَيَرْكَعُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَصِلَ الصَّفَّ

Who disliked bowing before reaching the row
‌مَنْ كَرِهَ أَنْ يَرْكَعَ دُونَ الصَّفِّ

Who, when bowing, used to separate his elbows
‌مَنْ كَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ جَافَى بَيْنَ مِرْفَقَيْهِ
27
Who said: when you bow, spread your knees
‌مَنْ قَالَ إِذَا رَكَعْتَ فَابْسِطْ رُكْبَتَيْكَ

‌التَّجَافِي فِي السُّجُودِ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَضُمُّ أَصَابِعَهُ فِي السُّجُودِ

‌مَا يَسْجُدُ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْيَدِ أَيُّ مَوْضِعٍ هُوَ

‌فِي السُّجُودِ عَلَى الْجَبْهَةِ وَالْأَنْفِ

Who allowed leaving out prostrating on the nose
‌مَنْ رَخَّصَ فِي تَرْكِ السُّجُودِ عَلَى الْأَنْفِ

On a man when he descends to prostration, what part of him touches the ground first
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ إِذَا انْحَطَّ إِلَى السُّجُودِ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ يَقَعُ مِنْهُ قَبْلُ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الرَّجُلِ يَرُدُّهُ أَمْ لَا

Who used to dislike a man passing in front of another man while he is praying
‌مَنْ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَمُرَّ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي

He spreads the left leg and erects the right leg
‌يَفْتَرِشُ الْيُسْرَى، وَيَنْصِبُ الْيُمْنَى

‌ مَنْ كَرِهَ الْإِقْعَاءَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ

‌مَنْ كَانَ يُبَرِّدُ بِهَا وَيَقُولُ الْحَرُّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ
