Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36106
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar that a man asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): What should a Muhrim wear? Or he asked: What should a Muhrim leave? You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A Muhrim will not wear a shirt, trousers, turban and socks. Yes, if shoes are not available, then whoever does not find shoes, he may wear socks below the ankles (by cutting them). And the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa has been mentioned that: He will not do so. If he does so, then Dam will be obligatory on the Muhrim.
حضرت ابن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے عرض کیا۔ یا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) : مُحرِم کیا پہنے ؟ یا پوچھا : مُحرِم کیا چھوڑے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مُحرِم قمیص، پائجامہ ، عمامہ اور موزے نہیں پہنے گا۔ ہاں اگر جوتے نہ ملیں، تو جس کو جوتے نہ ملیں وہ ٹخنوں سے نیچے (کاٹ کر) موزے پہن لے۔ اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : ایسا نہیں کرے گا۔ اگر ایسا کیا تو مُحرِم پر دم لازم ہوگا۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi ne arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) muhrim kya pehne ya poocha muhrim kya chhore Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya muhrim qamees pajama amama aur moze nahi pehne ga Haan agar joote na milen to jis ko joote na milen wo takhnon se neeche (kaat kar) moze pehn le Aur (Imam) Abu Hanifa ka qaul ye zikar kiya gaya hai ki aisa nahi kare ga Agar aisa kiya to muhrim par dum lazim hoga
ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ : مَا يَلْبَسُ الْمُحْرِمُ أَوْ مَا يَتْرُكُ الْمُحْرِمُ ؟ قَالَ : « لَا يَلْبَسُ الْقَمِيصَ وَلَا السَّرَاوِيلَ وَلَا الْعِمَامَةَ وَلَا الْخُفَّيْنِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَ نَعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ » وَذُكِرَ أَنَّ أَبَا حَنِيفَةَ قَالَ « لَا يَفْعَلُ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ »
