Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36150
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Saeed that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Slaughtering the mother is the slaughtering of the fetus when its hair has come out. And it has been mentioned that the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa is: Slaughtering the mother of the fetus is not considered as slaughtering the fetus.
حضرت ابو سعید سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ماں کو ذبح کرنا ہی جنین کو ذبح کرنا ہے جبکہ اس کے بال نکل آئے ہوں۔ اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : جنین کی ماں کو ذبح کرنا ، جنین کو ذبح کرنا نہیں ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya : maan ko zibah karna hi janeen ko zibah karna hai jabkeh us ke baal nikal aaye hon. Aur (Imam) Abu Hanifa ka qaul yeh zikar kya gaya hai keh : janeen ki maan ko zibah karna, janeen ko zibah karna nahi hoga.
حَفْصٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنِ الْمُجَالِدِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ جَبْرِ بْنِ نُوفِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ إِذَا أَشْعَرَ » وَذُكِرَ أَنَّ أَبَا حَنِيفَةَ قَالَ : لَا تَكُونُ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةَ أُمِّهِ
