Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36543
Hazrat Safwan bin Asal narrates that a Jew said to his companion, "Let us go to this Prophet!" His companion said, "No! Don't say Prophet, because if they hear you, they will have four eyes." The narrator says, "Both of them presented themselves in the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and they asked you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about nine clear signs, then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Do not associate anyone with Allah and do not commit adultery and do not steal and do not kill the soul that Allah Almighty has forbidden except by right. And do not slander an innocent person to a powerful person so that he may kill that innocent person, and do not do magic. And do not eat interest. And do not slander a chaste woman, and do not turn your back to flee on the day of battle. And O خواص Jews, it is also obligatory on you that you do not transgress on the Sabbath.' The narrator says, 'The Jews kissed your (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) hands and feet and began to say, 'We bear witness that you are the true Prophet.' You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'What prevents you from following me?' They said, 'Hazrat Dawood prayed that prophethood should continue in his progeny. And we are afraid that the Jews will kill us.'
حضرت صفوان بن عسال روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک یہودی نے اپنے ساتھی سے کہا۔ ہمیں اس نبی کے پاس لے چلو ! اس کے ساتھی نے کہا : نہیں ! نبی مت کہو کیونکہ اگر انھوں نے تجھے سُن لیا تو ان کی چار آنکھیں ہوجائیں گی۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : وہ دونوں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور انھوں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نو کھلی نشانیوں کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا۔ تم اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ اور زنا نہ کرو اور چوری نہ کرو اور اس جان کو قتل نہ کرو جس کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے حرام قرار دیا ہے مگر حق کی وجہ سے ۔ اور کسی قوت والے کے پاس بےگناہ کی چغلی نہ کرو کہ وہ اس بےگناہ کو قتل کر دے اور جادو نہ کرو۔ اور سود نہ کھاؤ۔ اور پاکدامن عورت پر تہمت زنی مت کرو اور جنگ کے دن بھاگنے کے لیے پیٹھ مت پھیرو۔ اور اے خواص یہود تم پر یہ بھی لازم ہے کہ ہفتہ کے دن میں تعدی نہ کرو۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : یہودیوں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ہاتھ، پاؤں چومے اور عرض کرنے لگے۔ ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ آپ نبی برحق ہیں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم لوگوں کو میری اتباع سے کیا چیز مانع ہے ؟ کہنے لگے : حضرت داؤد نے دعا مانگی تھی کہ ان کی ذریت میں مسلسل نبوت رہے ۔ اور ہمیں اس بات کا خوف ہے کہ ہمیں یہودی قتل کردیں گے۔
Hazrat Safwan bin Asal riwayat karte hain ki aik yahodi ne apne saathi se kaha. Hamein is nabi ke paas le chalo! Iske saathi ne kaha: Nahi! Nabi mat kaho kyunki agar inhon ne tujhe sun liya to in ki chaar aankhen ho jayengi. Rawi kehte hain: Woh dono Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur inhon ne aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se nau khuli nishaniyon ke baare mein sawal kiya to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya. Tum Allah ke saath kisi ko sharik na therao aur zina na karo aur chori na karo aur is jaan ko qatl na karo jisko Allah Ta'ala ne haram qarar diya hai magar haq ki wajah se. Aur kisi qurat wale ke paas begunah ki chugli na karo ki woh is begunah ko qatl kar de aur jadu na karo. Aur sud na khao. Aur pakdaman aurat par tohmat zani mat karo aur jung ke din bhaagne ke liye peeth mat phero. Aur aye khawas yahood tum par yeh bhi lazim hai ki hafta ke din mein tadadi na karo. Rawi kehte hain: Yahodion ne aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke haath, paaon choome aur arz karne lage. Hum gawahi dete hain ki aap nabi barhaq hain. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Tum logon ko meri ittiba se kya cheez mane hai? Kehne lage: Hazrat Dawood ne dua maangi thi ki un ki zurriyat mein musalsal nabuwat rahe. Aur hamein is baat ka khauf hai ki hamein yahodi qatl kar denge.
عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، وَغُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَسَّالٍ ، قَالَ : " قَالَ يَهُودِيٌّ لِصَاحِبِهِ : اذْهَبْ بِنَا إِلَى هَذَا النَّبِيِّ ، فَقَالَ صَاحِبُهُ : لَا تَقُلْ نَبِيٌّ فَإِنَّهُ لَوْ قَدْ سَمِعَكَ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْبَعُ أَعْيُنٍ ، قَالَ : فَأَتَيَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلَاهُ عَنْ تِسْعِ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ ، فَقَالَ : لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا ، وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا ، وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ ، وَلَا تَمْشُوا بِبَرِيءٍ إِلَى ذِي سُلْطَانٍ فَيَقْتُلَهُ ، وَلَا تَسْحَرُوا ، وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا الرِّبَا ، وَلَا تَقْذِفُوا الْمُحْصَنَةَ ، وَلَا تُوَلُّوا لِلْفِرَارِ يَوْمَ الزَّحْفِ ، وَعَلَيْكُمْ خَاصَّةً يَهُودُ : لَا تَعْدُوا فِي السَّبْتِ ، قَالَ : فَقَبَّلُوا يَدَيْهِ وَرِجْلَيْهِ وَقَالُوا : نَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ نَبِيٌّ ، قَالَ : فَمَا يَمْنَعُكُمْ أَنْ تَتْبَعُونِي ؟ قَالُوا : إِنَّ دَاوُدَ دَعَا لَا يَزَالُ فِي ذُرِّيَّتِهِ نَبِيٌّ وَإِنَّا نَخَافُ أَنْ تَقْتُلَنَا يَهُودُ "
