Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36561
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Amr bin Al-Aas that I had never seen the Quraysh intending to harm the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). But one day, when they were conspiring against you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and they were sitting in the shade of the Kaaba, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was offering prayer at Maqam Ibrahim, then Uqbah bin Abi Mu'ayt stood up and put his shawl around the neck of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and dragged you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) until you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were about to fall on your knees. People made noise, so people thought that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had been killed. Hazrat Abu Bakr moved forward with force until he caught you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from behind the armpits and started saying, "{Will you kill a man because he says, 'My Lord is Allah?'}" Then the people moved away from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up and prayed. So when you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished praying, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by the Quraysh while they were sitting in the shade of the Kaaba. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O group of Quraysh! Beware! By the Being in whose grip is the life of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I have not been sent to you except with slaughter." And you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) pointed towards your throat with your hand. The narrators say: Abu Jahl said to you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Muhammad! You were not ignorant." The narrators say: You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "You are also one of them."
حضرت عمرو بن العاص سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے قریش کو نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ارادہ کرتے (کبھی) نہیں دیکھا تھا۔ مگر ایک دن جب وہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے خلاف سازش کر رہے تھے اور وہ کعبہ کے سایہ میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے۔ اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مقام ابراہیم کے پاس نماز ادا فرما رہے تھے۔ پس عقبہ بن ابی معیط کھڑا ہوا اور اپنی چادر کو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی گردن میں ڈالا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو کھینچا یہاں تک کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنے گھٹنوں کے بل گرنے لگے۔ لوگوں نے شورو غل کیا تو لوگوں نے یہ گمان کیا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مقتول ہوگئے ہیں۔ حضرت ابوبکر سختی کے ساتھ آگے بڑھے یہاں تک کہ انھوں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بغلوں کے پیچھے سے پکڑ لیا اور فرمانے لگے۔ { أَتَقْتُلُونَ رَجُلاً أَنْ یَقُولَ رَبِّی اللَّہُ } پھر لوگ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے ہٹ گئے۔ پھر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کھڑے ہوئے اور نماز پڑھی پس جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نماز پڑھ چکے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) قریش کے پاس سے گزرے جبکہ وہ کعبہ کے سایہ میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے ۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اے گروہ قریش ! خبردار ! قسم اس ذات کی جس کے قبضے میں محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی جان ہے۔ مجھے تمہاری طرف نہیں بھیجا گیا مگر ذبح کے ساتھ ۔ اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ سے اپنے حلق کی طرف اشارہ فرمایا : راوی کہتے ہیں : ابو جہل نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کہا : اے محمد ! تم تو جاہل نہیں تھے۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو بھی ان میں سے ہے۔
Hazrat Amr bin al-Aas se riwayat hai ki maine Quresh ko Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ka irada karte (kabhi) nahin dekha tha magar ek din jab woh aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke khilaf sazish kar rahe the aur woh Kaaba ke saya mein baithe hue the aur Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Maqam Ibrahim ke paas namaz ada farma rahe the pas Uqba bin Abi Muait khada hua aur apni chadar ko Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki gardan mein dala aur aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko khencha yahan tak ki aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) apne ghutnon ke bal girne lage logon ne shor o ghul kiya to logon ne yeh gumaan kiya ki aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) maqtool ho gaye hain Hazrat Abu Bakr sakhti ke sath aage badhe yahan tak ki unhon ne aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko baghlon ke peeche se pakad liya aur farmane lage { a taqtuluna rajulan an yaqula rabbi Allahu } phir log Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se hat gaye phir Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) khare hue aur namaz parhi pas jab aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) namaz parh chuke to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Quresh ke paas se guzre jabki woh Kaaba ke saya mein baithe hue the aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya ae giroh Quresh khabardar qasam is zaat ki jis ke qabze mein Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki jaan hai mujhe tumhari taraf nahin bheja gaya magar zabh ke sath aur aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apne hath se apne halaq ki taraf ishara farmaya ravi kahte hain Abu Jahl ne aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se kaha ae Muhammad tum to jahil nahin the ravi kahte hain aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya to bhi in mein se hai
عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، قَالَ : مَا رَأَيْتُ قُرَيْشًا أَرَادُوا قَتْلَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا يَوْمًا ائْتَمَرُوا بِهِ وَهُمْ جُلُوسٌ فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي عِنْدَ الْمَقَامِ ، فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ عُقْبَةُ بْنُ أَبِي مُعَيْطٍ فَجَعَلَ رِدَاءَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ ثُمَّ جَذَبَهُ حَتَّى وَجَبَ لِرُكْبَتَيْهِ سَاقِطًا ، وَتَصَايَحَ النَّاسُ فَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُ مَقْتُولٌ ، فَأَقْبَلَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَشْتَدُّ حَتَّى أَخَذَ بِضَبْعَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : أَتَقْتُلُونَ رَجُلًا أَنْ يَقُولَ رَبِّي اللَّهُ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ، فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَصَلَّى ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى صَلَاتَهُ مَرَّ بِهِمْ وَهُمْ جُلُوسٌ فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقَالَ : يَا مَعْشَرَ قُرَيْشٍ ، أَمَا وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ ، مَا أُرْسِلْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ إِلَّا بِالذَّبْحِ ، وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى حَلْقِهِ ، قَالَ : فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبُو جَهْلٍ : يَا مُحَمَّدُ ، مَا كُنْتُ جَهُولًا ، قَالَ : فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : أَنْتَ مِنْهُمْ "
