Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36807

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha that {When they come upon you from above you and from below you, and when eyes stare in fright and hearts reach the throats} This was the condition of the day of the Trench.

حضرت عائشہ سے روایت ہے کہ {إِذْ جَائُ وکُمْ مِنْ فَوْقِکُمْ وَمِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنْکُمْ ، وَإِذْ زَاغَتِ الأَبْصَارُ ، وَبَلَغَتِ الْقُلُوبُ الْحَنَاجِرَ } یہ حالت خندق والے دن کی تھی۔

Hazrat Ayesha se riwayat hai ki {iz jaa'u kum min fawqikum wa min asfal minkum, wa iz zaaghatil absaar, wa balaghatil qulubul hanajir} yeh halat khandaq walay din ki thi.

عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، فِي قَوْلِهِ : « ﴿ إِذْ جَاءُوكُمْ مِنْ فَوْقِكُمْ وَمِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنْكُمْ وَإِذْ زَاغَتِ الْأَبْصَارُ وَبَلَغَتِ الْقُلُوبُ الْحَنَاجِرَ ﴾ » قَالَتْ : كَانَ ذَاكَ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ "
