كِتَابُ الطَّهَارَاتِ
On a man who performs ablution or bath and forgets a spot on his body
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَوَضَّأُ أَوْ يَغْتَسِلُ فَيَنْسَى اللُّمْعَةَ مِنْ جَسَدِهِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 445
Hazrat Hassan narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw a man whose feet were dry where the nails were. He said to him, "Perform ablution well." Hazrat Hassan used to say in such a situation that only that place should be washed.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک آدمی کو دیکھا کہ اس کے پاؤں میں ناخن کی جگہ خشک ہے، آپ نے اس سے فرمایا ” اچھی طرح وضو کرو “ حضرت حسن ایسی صورت میں فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ صرف اسی جگہ کو دھویا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ek aadmi ko dekha keh uske paon mein nakhun ki jaga khushk hai, Aap ne us se farmaya “Achi tarah wuzu karo“ Hazrat Hassan aisi soorat mein farmaya karte thay keh sirf usi jaga ko dhoya jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى رَجُلًا تَرَكَ مِنْ قَدَمِهِ مَوْضِعَ ظُفْرٍ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « أَحْسِنْ وَضُوءَكَ ». قَالَ يُونُسُ : « فَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَغْسِلُ ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانَ »
