كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Regarding the slave woman praying without a headscarf
فِي الْأَمَةِ تُصَلِّي بِغَيْرِ خِمَارٍ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 6232
Hazrat Haris narrates that the slave woman will offer prayer in the same way as she goes out (of the house i.e. in her regular clothing).
حضرت حارث فرماتے ہیں کہ باندی اسی طرح نماز پڑھے گی جس طرح باہر نکلتی ہے۔
Hazrat Haris farmate hain ke bandi isi tarah namaz parhe gi jis tarah bahar nikalti hai
حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ : « تُصَلِّي الْأَمَةُ كَمَا تَخْرُجُ »
