كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Regarding the slave woman praying without a headscarf
فِي الْأَمَةِ تُصَلِّي بِغَيْرِ خِمَارٍ

Hazrat Shariah (R.A) said that the slave woman will offer prayer in the same way as she gets dressed.
حضرت شریح فرماتے ہیں کہ باندی اسی طرح نماز پڑھے گی جس طرح باہر نکلتی ہے۔
Hazrat Shurai farmaatay hain keh bandi isi tarah namaz parhe gi jis tarah bahar nikalti hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : « تُصَلِّي الْأَمَةُ كَمَا تَخْرُجُ »
