‌كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ

Regarding His saying: 'Establish the prayer at the decline of the sun' [Quran 17:78]

‌فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِدُلُوكِ الشَّمْسِ﴾ [

Hazrat Shabi says that by Dhaluk Shams is meant the setting of the sun.

حضرت شعبی فرماتے ہیں کہ دلوک شمس سے مراد سورج کا زوال ہے۔

Hazrat Shabi farmate hain ke dhaluk shams se murad suraj ka zawal hai

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي كُدَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " دُلُوكُهَا : زَوَالُهَا "
