Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 7339
Hazrat Ali said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray two rak'ahs after every obligatory prayer, except Fajr and Maghrib.
حضرت علی فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہر فرض نماز کے بعد دو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے، سوائے فجر اور عصر کے۔
Hazrat Ali farmate hain keh Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) har farz namaz ke baad do rakaten parhte thay, siwae fajr aur asr ke.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : « كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي عَلَى أَثَرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ مَكْتُوبَةٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، إِلَّا الْفَجْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ »
