Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 8670
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Do you know that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to search for Laylat al-Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan?"
حضرت عمر فرماتے ہیں کہ کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا ہے کہ شبِ قدر کو رمضان کے آخری عشرے کی طاق راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔
Hazrat Umar farmate hain ke kya tum jante ho ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya hai ke Shab e Qadr ko Ramzan ke aakhri ashray ki taaq raaton mein talaash karo.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : لَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ : « اطْلُبُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ وِتْرًا »
